Software titles purchased
from Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. on this web site,
can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a
refund less shipping and handling. The following
restrictions apply.
Packaged Software:
Returned items must be unopened, sealed, and
in "like new" or resalable condition.
We cannot accept returns for software that has
been opened, installed or activated. If you receive
software that is damaged or defective, we can
only replace it with the same title and version.
Refunds cannot be issued more than 14 days after
the date of purchase. We apologize that Edward
A. Greenwood, Inc. cannot refund your original
or return shipping expenses.
Digital Downloads:
We apologize that Edward A. Greenwood, Inc. cannot
offer refunds for software downloads. We strongly
encourage users to download a free trial version
before making a purchase. If you purchase a download,
and you are unable to download the software, we
will make arrangements to mail you a copy on CD.
Note, we regularly offer free upgrades to correct
issues and improve all of our products.
All refunds are given in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase.
Procedure For Returning An Item:
Place the package and any literature provided
in a padded shipping envelope (or standard envelope
with bubble wrap). Include your name and order
number on a separate sheet of paper. Tell us what
we can do to improve (optional). Send your return
to the address below. We strongly recommend using
tracking and insurance. Again, we can only accept
sealed, unopened packages.
