At Home Workouts: Having Zero Equipment Is Not An Excuse


Will you say no to home workouts? What if you prevent yourself in paying a gym membership and prefer to do workout at home? Having no equipment is not an excuse. Not everyone can afford to buy. Not everyone can't say no to exercise because it is needed for total fitness. You don't need to rely on equipment. You can do different routines without those hefty exercisers in front of you. Besides, there are simple exercises that you can do, exercises that do not require machines. Having no time to do workout is not the only excuse. Others say no to workout because they don't have any machines. You don't need the priciest treadmill to experience the best workout. You already have the tool that you need to be fit, your body. Find the right routines that you need. be your own trainer. Buy yourself fitness DVDs or download online. You can also switch your TV channel to the right channel that features simple home workouts that require no exercise tools. Or, be as creative as possible. Home exercise isn't fit for everyone so find out if you can give it a chance.

Experience all the convenience with at home workouts. This time, you are in control with your schedule. So, stop complaining that you are busy. Make your own fitness program. But, before that, find yourself a comfortable zone. You can transform an empty room to your personal fitness room. If the space isn't that huge, use your bedroom or the living area. If you like to breathe some fresh air while you stretch, lay a mat on the vacant area in the garden. Prepare what you need. Place them near you. What are they? Music player, water jug, extra clothes, towels, and exercise mat. What can you do then?

Squats are perfect for the lower body. There are different kinds. BW, Overhead, Single Leg squats and more are just a few. BW squats can be done with or without the couch. Do the first step with your hips then followed by your knees. Once you learn doing it, this is going to be the perfect exercise that you can do. Overhead squats are a little the same with BW squats only that you need to hold something heavy. For Single Leg squats, you can use a chair for support or not. This is tougher that overhead squat yet more effective in strengthening your lower body. Pushups are great for increase stamina. Perform as many pushups as you can. It will make your upper and lower body firm. Do it regularly and point out the great difference.

At home workouts increase total family fitness. Instead of watching TV or the usual cooking episodes, draw your family closer to fitness. Start always by stretching or warming up. Breathe in and breathe out. Do arm circling, knee bending, jog in place, and do the fun jumping jacks. Instead of barbells and dumbbells, lift a bag with sand or a huge luggage. You can push and pull a lounger. If your living area is spacious enough, run in a circle. Do it for 30 minutes or less. Be strict when you do workouts. Discipline is a must if you like a more satisfying body.

Create your personal fitness program. Remember, having no equipment is not a problem. Don't forget to get enough hours of sleep and follow a proper diet. Both affect your fitness program. If you eat more than what your body can lose, you only waste your time. Now, if the body is overused during the day, sleep restfully at night. You need it to recharge and be active the next day.
